Rules and refunds

Refunds Who to contact: write to info@xxxsondxxx.com and quote your order number. We answer within 14 working days. If the concert is cancelled: you get the ticket price back without asking, to the card you paid with. If the concert moves to a new date: your ticket stays valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of the announcement and we refund the ticket price. Refunds at your own request: possible until 7 days before the concert. After that date tickets are not refunded. Service fee: the Sphere Music service fee 5% is non-refundable. A refund returns the ticket price.

Concert rules Age: 16+. Bring an ID, the door staff may ask for it. Entry: doors open 30 minutes before the start. Each ticket lets one person in once. Please leave at home: weapons, knives and other sharp objects, glass bottles, outside food and drinks, illegal substances, fireworks, and professional cameras. The venue may refuse entry to anyone who breaks these rules.
