Terms of ticket sale
The rules between you, the organizer of the concert, and Sphere Music.

Who sells what
The concert is organized and the ticket is sold by the organizer named on the concert page. Your contract for the concert and for the ticket is with that organizer, and they are the party responsible to you for it.
Sphere Music is the platform. We publish the concert, take the payment on the organizer's behalf, deliver the ticket to you and run the check-in at the door. We do not organize concerts and we do not sell tickets in our own name.
The organizer answers for the concert itself: the line-up, the venue, the timing, the conditions inside, and whether it happens at all.
Who the organizer is, in law and in fact, is stated on the concert page and in your ticket email. Ask us at info@sphere.art at any time, before or after you buy, and we send you the seller's full legal details.
Buying a ticket
No account is needed. Your email is where the ticket goes, so type it carefully.
A ticket is held for you for 35 minutes while you pay. If payment does not complete, the seats go back on sale.
The ticket price is set by the organizer. Our service fee is added on top and shown as its own line before you confirm, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. The service fee is non-refundable, and the refund policy says when the ticket price comes back.
Your payment is processed by Stripe and collected by us on the organizer's behalf. Paying us discharges what you owe the organizer for the ticket.
Your ticket at the door
Every ticket carries a QR code and a code in text. It is scanned once; a second scan is refused.
Keep the link private. Anybody holding it can be admitted in your place.
Lost the email? Ask for it again at the «Find my tickets» page with the address you bought with.
Refunds
A cancelled concert is refunded at the ticket price, without asking. The service fee is non-refundable, except when the payment failed. Everything else follows the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
An opening act application fee is not refunded, whatever the organizer decides and also when the concert is cancelled. The refund policy has the details.
The ticket price is the organizer's money, so a refund at your own request is the organizer's decision. We process every refund the organizer approves. Our service fee is non-refundable, except when the payment failed.
Merch
Merch on a concert page is sold by that concert's organizer, the same way as the ticket. Each item says how it reaches you: shipped to the address you give at payment, or collected at the venue on the concert day.
Items collected at the venue are sold until the concert starts. Your confirmation email and your merch order page carry a QR code and a pickup code: show either at the merch table on the concert day.
Items not collected on the concert day stay with the organizer. Write to the organizer's support and they arrange a later handover or a delivery with you.
A parcel is packed and sent by the organizer to the address you gave at payment, and we write to you when it leaves.
Returns and refunds of merch go through the organizer's support: the contact email on the concert page, on your merch order page and in your confirmation email. Your statutory rights for goods bought online are unaffected.
Behaviour and the venue
The venue's rules apply inside: age limits, security checks, and what may be brought in.
The organizer or the venue may refuse entry for a reason allowed by law; in that case the ticket price is refunded, unless the refusal follows your own conduct. The service fee is non-refundable.
What Sphere Music answers for
We answer for the platform: that the sale works, that your ticket arrives and stays valid, that your money is handled correctly, and that the door can check you in.
We do not answer for the concert taking place, its content, its timing, or the venue. Those belong to the organizer, and your statutory rights against them are unaffected by anything written here.
If the ticket does not reach you, the QR code does not open, or you were charged and hold nothing, that one is ours. Write to info@sphere.art and we deliver the ticket. If you were charged and no ticket could be made, we refund the whole amount you paid, the service fee included, without asking the organizer.
Contact
The concert itself belongs to the organizer, so that is the fastest place to start: the line-up, the running order, the venue, the age limit, a refund you are asking for, a complaint about how the evening went. Their contact email is on the concert page and in your ticket email, and replying to that email reaches them directly.
Starting with the organizer is a route, never a refusal on our part. Where the law puts the answer on us, we answer it ourselves whoever you wrote to first, and we say so rather than passing you along. If the organizer goes quiet on you, write to info@sphere.art and we take it from there.
The ticket, the payment and the platform are ours: a ticket that never arrived, a QR code that will not open, a card charged with nothing to show for it, a scanner that refuses a valid ticket, a question about your data. Write to info@sphere.art and we answer without sending you to the organizer.
