Privacy at Sphere Music
What we keep when you buy a ticket, why we keep it, and how to make us delete it.

What we store
Your name and email, because a ticket has to reach somebody and the door has to know whose it is.
A phone number only if you choose to leave one. It is optional and the venue uses it to reach you about the concert.
Your order: the concert, the ticket types, what was paid, and when. Card details never touch our servers; the payment runs at Stripe.
Door records: when a ticket was scanned and by which staff account, so a dispute at the entrance has an answer.
Who sees it
The organizer of the concert you bought for, and their door staff, limited to their own event.
Stripe, as the payment provider, under their own terms.
Our email provider, to deliver the ticket.
Nobody else. We do not sell personal data and we do not hand a mailing list to third parties.
How long
Order and ticket records stay for as long as accounting law requires them, currently ten years for a paid order.
An account you created can be deleted on request; the anonymised order record stays for the books.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion: write to privacy@sphere.art and we answer within 30 days.
