Refunds and cancellations

You get the full ticket price back, without asking. We start the refund to the card you paid with as soon as the organizer cancels the concert.

A refund reaches your card in five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the announcement and you get the full price back.

A ticket to a dated event is exempt from the statutory withdrawal right, so a change of mind is the organizer's call, not an automatic right.

Write to the organizer through tickets@sphere.art with your order number. Many organizers refund up to 48 hours before the doors open.

A ticket that was already scanned at the door.

A ticket you could not use because you arrived after the entrance closed.
